OTogether is a specialized pediatric occupational therapy clinic dedicated to individualized, evidence-informed care.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team on a flexible, per diem basis.
This role is perfect for a licensed professional who values clinical excellence, collaborative teamwork, and the flexibility to work across dynamic environments-including our sensory-informed clinic and local community schools.
What you'll do:
- Implement individualized and group occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a supervising OTR.
- Provide care in our clinic and conduct morning therapy sessions on-site at local area schools.
- Support pediatric clients across a range of developmental needs, including sensory regulation, fine motor skills, self-care, and social participation.
- Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, educators, and the clinical team to ensure coordinated, goal-driven care.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Florida COTA license (required).
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, families, and school staff.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to child-centered practice.
