We are hiring a Level 2 IT Support Specialist to support our growing healthcare technology operations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving real problems, working independently, supporting a team across multiple systems and platforms and has a deep understanding of IT issues.
Operating under the strategic direction of our CIO, you will manage day-to-day operations and maintain our IT infrastructure. If you are looking for a role with a strict work-life balance—meaning absolutely no night or weekend shifts—this is the perfect fit for you.
• Provide escalated (Tier 2) technical support across hardware, software, and network issues. • Manage Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) for end users. • Handle Active Directory tasks: password resets, group assignments, and mapped drives. • Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and resolve Windows 10/11 issues. • Support basic networking needs and resolve connectivity issues. • Repair, install, and configure computer hardware and software. • Execute device enrollment and maintain Intune/Azure compliance policies under the direction of IT leadership. • Support VOIP phone systems. • Maintain standard configurations within Microsoft admin centers (Exchange, Teams, Azure AD). • Keep accurate, detailed records in our ticketing system.

- Fluency in Microsoft O365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with VPNs, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
- A strong understanding of basic networking principles.
• Hands-on Active Directory experience. • Comfort repairing and installing computer hardware and software.
- Experience executing tasks within Microsoft Intune and Azure.
- Familiarity with VOIP systems and Microsoft admin centers.
