Salary Range: Starting Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour

What You’ll Do
-
Support basic upkeep; including sweeping, dusting, and shoveling of material run off
-
Perform and document routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance activities
-
Identify and report pest concerns, leaks, broken equipment, safety hazards, or other facility issues to a supervisor or manager
-
Collect, sort, and dispose of garbage, waste, and recycling in accordance with site waste removal and recycling procedures

Stock, organize, and maintain supply rooms to ensure supplies are available

Complete minor facility maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs
-
Support operations as needed in other departments
Required Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
-
Ability to safely operate equipment and follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently after training
-
Patient, flexible, and willing to support changing facility priorities

Ability to recognize and report health, safety, pest, maintenance, or equipment concerns promptly
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Industrial Facilities Cleaner, Groundskeeper, Sanitation Worker, or Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility environment

Basic maintenance experience, including minor repairs, general upkeep, or supply room organization
Work Environment
This is a highly active, hands-on position in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation:

Extended periods of shoveling, sweeping, walking, and standing

Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs, and manual cleaning activities

Repetitive physical tasks performed throughout the workday

Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Operating cleaning and sanitation equipment safely

Working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, including heat and cold

Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety procedures
