Administrative Assistant / Student Support Associate
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Morristown - Greene County extension campus is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Student Support Associate.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical diploma, associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative or office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving and time management skills
General Duties
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Schedule meetings, appointments and classrooms
- Organize college events (graduation, food trucks, etc)
- Assist students with enrollment forms, admissions, registration, and general inquiries
- Support instructors with course materials and printing
- Run reports and spreadsheets as needed
- Coordinate with IT, facilities or security for service needs
- Prepare files and other documentation
- Distribute mail
- Prepare and send promotional information to prospective students and agencies as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Salary:
Commensurate with qualifications, experience, education, and in accordance with guidelines established by the Tennessee Board of Regents.

Pay: $32,500.00 - $39,500.00 per year
