We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Project Manager to join our Huntley team. This position is responsible for managing restoration and reconstruction projects from approval through completion while coordinating customers, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, materials, budgets, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initial approval through final completion.
- Review project estimates, scopes of work, selections, schedules, and job requirements before production begins.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, permits, inspections, and internal production resources.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while communicating expectations and updates to customers and team members.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with the approved scope.
- Identify scope changes, concealed damage, change orders, supplements, and potential project delays.
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, agents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff.
- Ensure project documentation, photographs, notes, approvals, selections, and communications are entered accurately in the company CRM.
- Monitor project costs, labor, materials, subcontractor expenses, and overall job profitability.
- Address customer concerns promptly and work toward practical resolutions.
- Verify that work is completed according to company standards, applicable building codes, and project requirements.
- Coordinate final walkthroughs, punch-list completion, required documentation, and project closeout.
- Manage multiple active projects while maintaining organization, communication, and follow-through.
Qualifications
- Previous project management experience in restoration, reconstruction, insurance repair, construction, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, repair sequencing, building materials, and subcontractor coordination.
- Experience managing insurance-related restoration projects is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand estimates, scopes, plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with Xactimate, restoration software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- IICRC certifications or other relevant industry credentials are a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
