ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services to students within Edgewood ISD, Texas for the 2026-2027 School Year.

- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
- Support culturally and linguistically diverse student populations.
- Monitor student progress and communicate outcomes effectively with stakeholders.
Candidates must possess and maintain the following:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), or eligibility for licensure.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) are encouraged to apply if eligible for supervision.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Ability to pass all district, state, and federal background screening requirements.
- Compliance with all Texas Education Agency (TEA) and district requirements.
- Previous school-based experience.
- Experience working with bilingual and multilingual student populations.
- Knowledge of special education processes, ARD/IEP development, and IDEA regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
