Hiring experienced Plumbers!
Top Choice Plumbing is growing and is looking for experienced plumbers.
We specialize in commercial service plumbing, drain cleaning, drain locating, drain inspections, tankless water heaters, condensing tank water heaters, commercial faucets, lp gas and natural gas issues and more! We also service clients in 5 states around the southeast and are growing building our team in multiple areas of the company!
An ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial service experience. Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus as we do larger jobs that require digging.
Our pay is based on experience and hourly weekly pay which is related to time and competency as a plumber. No part of your pay is based on commission or up selling to clients. Our business is working with larger local companies, national F&B chains, international logistics, manufacturing companies and general commercial properties.
- Installation: water, drainage, and vent pipes, plumbing fixtures, tank/tankless water heaters, commercial kitchen fixtures and other plumbing components in service. National and Local codes are the minimum standard.
- Maintenance: conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure that plumbing systems are functioning properly, maintain truck equipment, maintain truck stock, maintain and clean work environment at all times.
- Troubleshooting: such as low water pressure, sewer/grease line backups, flush valve toilets, commercial faucets, tank/tankless water heaters, under/above ground water leaks, gas pressure issues, sewer smell issues, and backflow preventers testing/repair/installation.
- Emergency Services: such as burst pipes, gas leaks, sewer/grease backups, tank/tankless water heaters, toilet issues, broken commercial faucets.
- Compliance: ensure that plumbing installs and repairs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. This includes obtaining permits when necessary and following best practices for safety and efficiency. Provide before and after photos plus documentation of what was found and done.
- Collaboration: work closely with GM's, property managers, and maintenance personnel to coordinate projects and ensure that plumbing systems integrate seamlessly with other building systems. Communicate with managers and dispatchers about work orders to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Work independently and with a team.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing components as well as plumbing safety codes and regulations.
- Professionally, technically, and mechanically proficient in the plumbing field.
- Graduate of apprenticeship program and/or completion of 24 hours of continuing education each year. (Preferred)
- Five year's experience performing quality plumbing service in commercial.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the UPC.
- OSHA 10 Hour Awareness Training.

Prefer Applicants Work Experience:
- 5+ years plumbing experience
- Knowledge of drainage, water and gas supply
- Tank/Tankless water heaters
- Drain cleaning and jetting experience
- Repiping experience
- Drivers License with good driving record
- Excellent Communication and customer skills
