PART-TIME SITE MANAGER needed for Kings Pointe Apartments, a 32-unit apartment complex located in Kingstree, S.C. Pay is $21-$23 per hour, based on experience, for approx. 16 hours per week, daytime hours preferred. Candidate must be organized, computer proficient, have excellent communication skills and transportation, a “can do” attitude and excellent people skills for interacting with residents and the general public. Work involves processing applications, neat and accurate record-keeping, management operations of the property, problem solving, and other administrative duties.
