This isn’t an entry-level role or a desk job. It’s a field-first leadership position designed for someone who can produce, coach, and build a team around themselves.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of reps in the field
- Run appointments, sign authorizations, and close contracts
- Train new reps and develop them into consistent producers
- Hold your team to daily and weekly performance standards
- Track KPIs and report progress to leadership
- Build a winning culture based on consistency, accountability, and performance
