Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia – Hybrid position offering a combination of in-office collaboration, court appearances, and flexibility.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have at least 1 year of criminal law experience to be considered.

Job Description
- Represent clients in criminal defense matters from intake through resolution.
- Manage an independent caseload while maintaining exceptional client communication.
- Appear regularly in court across multiple Georgia counties.
- Draft motions, pleadings, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents.
- Negotiate with prosecutors and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Develop case strategies and prepare matters for hearings and trial.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding client service.
- Utilize modern legal technology and case management systems in a paperless environment.
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Bar license required.
- 1+ year of criminal law experience.
- Criminal defense courtroom experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational and case management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Comfortable using legal technology and case management software.
