Salary range: $67k/yr- $85.7k/yr
Relocation Assistance if needed.
Note:- Background in defense, aerospace, or automotive industries(Mandatory)
Shift:- 1st - 7 am-4 pm - M F - need to be available for overtime - must be flexible.
Mandatory Skills (Focus Areas)
- 5+ years Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
- ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D compliance and auditing
- Internal Audits, CAPA, and Non-Conformance Investigations
- First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process Capability Analysis
- PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)
- Dimensional Inspection and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Quality Documentation, SOPs, and Document Control
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving
- Manufacturing Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement
- Minitab, PC-DMIS, Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- ASQ CQE Certification
- Six Sigma experience
- Metal Cutting / Machining Industry experience
- MeasurLink and Unipoint Quality Modules
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality-related field
