As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Roto-Rooter in Wadsworth, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Employees who demonstrate strong performance and reliability will be eligible for a $1.00 pay increase after 6 months, and an additional $1.00 increase after 1 year based on a positive performance review.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a positive attitude.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
- Dispatch service technicians and communicate job details.
- Adjust schedules to accommodate emergencies and urgent requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Process service orders and complete necessary paperwork.
Manage and update customer database with current information.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

Mon-Fri 10:30-7pm
12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. OR 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Mon – Fri
7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. OR 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
