We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.

## Duties
- Implement behavior management techniques and strategies as outlined in care plans
- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on patient progress and behaviors
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking
## Qualifications
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans effectively
- Previous experience in data collection related to patient behaviors is a plus
