LilyPad is seeking a caring, compassionate, patient, and hardworking person to join our team. We pride ourselves in providing quality individualized care to the children and families we serve. We are wanting staff to fill some part-time and full-time positions. We are also wanting support staff to join our sublist if the flexibility to work when you want is a desire.
Responsibilities include the following:
*Maintain the supervision and safety of all the children in your care
*Interact and engage children in appropriate ways that enhance their development
*Open to unfamiliar situations with a positive attitude
*Have a "go with flow" attitude
*Assists teachers with the planning and implementation of lesson plans
*Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
*Work with classroom staff to maintain daily communication with parents and contact in emergency situations
*Serve and monitor children during all meal times
*Must be able to pass a background check, fingerprints
