We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Print Manager to lead our digital printing operations. In this role, you will oversee the entire print process, ensuring the seamless production of vibrant, accurate, and timely printed materials. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold high standards, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily digital printing workflows, ensuring timely and accurate production of print jobs across various formats and substrates.
- Ensure file prep matches job tickets and oversee color management, layout design, and typography to guarantee optimal print quality.
- Supervise the operation of various color and B/W digital printers and other manufacturing equipment to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Maintain strict quality control standards by inspecting printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and overall finish.
- Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Implement best practices in digital printing and look for ways to improve efficiencies
- Research and test new ways of doing things as well as assist in the research of future print equipment.
- Proven experience in digital print management or a similar role within a print production environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital printing and color management.
- Ability to professionally communicate in a timely manner with other managers and sales team to coordinate and discuss future work
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment and maintain high-quality standards consistently.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,736.70 per year
