Reporting to the CNO, this strategic role will drive innovation, elevate patient outcomes, and lead a highly skilled team delivering life-changing care every day.
Our Boise surgical services department is a fast-paced, highly complex environment performing 17,000+ procedures annually across a wide range of specialties—from general surgery to highly specialized fields like cardiac, neurosurgery, oncology, robotics, and pediatric trauma.
Oversight includes multi-disciplinary team of 6 direct reports and more than 300 total staff, spanning:
