Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Medicare & Health Insurance Specialist, where your expertise will empower clients to navigate Medicare and health insurance options with confidence. This role is ideal for a licensed, motivated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and communicates fluently in both English and Spanish. You'll provide personalized assistance with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D enrollments, helping clients clearly understand their coverage and benefits all while thriving in both independent and team settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding Medicare and health insurance plans through clear, bilingual communication
- Guide clients through Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D enrollments
- Explain ACA Marketplace and health insurance details in an accessible, professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation of client interactions and enrollments
- Support clients through the full enrollment process, answering questions on coverage, benefits, and eligibility
Requirements & Skills
- Active Florida 2-40 Customer Representative License (required)
- Proven experience with health insurance, ACA Marketplace, and Medicare plans
- Current AHIP Certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays as needed, based on service demand
Benefits
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 6 days after completing one year
