Job Summary:
East Coast Electric is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments and assist with daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative functions including typing, filing, answering phone, preparing reports and maintaining records
- Perform basic accounting functions accounts payable/receivable, client billing and job costing
- Perform HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration and compliance
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain and update the website
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience including payroll and certified payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
