We are expanding and are seeking experienced healthcare marketers with existing referral relationships throughout the Houston area.
Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Healthcare Marketing Representatives (Community Liaisons) who have experience generating referrals for home care, hospice, home health, assisted living, rehabilitation, or other healthcare services.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has an established network and wants to earn excellent commission while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
- Hospitals
- Case managers
- Social workers
- Discharge planners
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Rehabilitation hospitals
- Assisted living communities
- Independent living communities
- Memory care facilities
- Physicians
- Geriatric care managers
- Elder law attorneys
- Senior living advisors
- Concierge medical practices
- Community organizations
Responsibilities include:
- Educating healthcare professionals about Bloom Home Care services
- Building long-term referral partnerships
- Identifying prospective private-pay clients
- Following up with referral sources
- Representing Bloom Home Care professionally at networking events
- Tracking marketing activities and referrals
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous healthcare marketing experience
- Existing referral relationships within the Houston healthcare community
- Experience marketing:
- Non-medical home care
- Home health
- Hospice
- Senior living
- Rehabilitation services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and independent
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Houston metropolitan area
