Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items and handling inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with food handling and preparation tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience with a focus on sales and upselling techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
