Family owned Napa Repair shop is looking to hire a replacement advisor.
Napa Auto Care on McQueen has been a family owned independent repair shop for over 25 years. Under new ownership as of a year ago we are quickly growing due to the increase demand for honest and skill automotive repair shops. Owner is on site most days with an overall goal of happy customers and employee's. Everyone in the building has a common passion for doing the right thing. We strive to cultivate a balance of work and life. We encourage taking time off and spending time with our families out side of the shop. Our customer group is rapidly expanding due to the core loyal "I trust you guys" customers we have assisted over our long history.
We are in need of a "plug and play" service advisor. Someone who has experience in the industry and can relate to our cliental.
We use a fully digital estimate, inspection and invoicing system. Computer and typing experience is a must. While we are using computers and online ordering our customer still expect that personal phone call regarding the status of their vehicle. Phone etiquette is required in this role.
While we are willing to train and educate a potential candidate. Our ideal candidate has:
2+ years of automotive sales experience or customer service
Happy consistent attitude
Excels in a fast paced environment
Experience scheduling and following up with appointments.
Ideal candidate would bring something to new to our team!
Hours are 9-6pm M-F and 7:00am to 3pm on Saturdays - Day off during the week is flexible.
Pay based on experience and productivity. Bonus structure in place for tiered monthly sales.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
