Job Title: Dental Office Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and the overall success of the dental practice. By leading the team, the Operations Manager is responsible for driving patient care, profitability, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for high-quality care for all patients through thoughtful consultations.
- Assess, plan, and deliver training to employees to support high performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for practice owners and dentists, ensuring standards of care are consistently met.
- Oversee profit and loss performance within the practice, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Promote a workplace culture that supports engagement and teamwork.
- Review monthly business results, align the sales plan to achieve goals, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
- Identify, hire, train, develop, and retain staff, ensuring staffing levels meet business needs.
- Uphold compliance with government and dental board regulations and standards.
- Manage the delivery of dentures from the initial consultation to the final fitting.
- Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and balance nightly deposits.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend frequently.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
