Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at ARES Technologies, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Communicate effectively with other departments
- Develop a thorough understanding of all products, services, and policies
- Stay current through ongoing training
Training & Compensation
- Up to Four weeks paid training period at $22.00/hour, during which the employee is expected to learn all core aspects of the business required to provide high-quality customer service.
- Two additional weeks on the floor to demonstrate performance that meets company quality standards.
- Upon successful completion of the four-week training and evaluation period, hourly pay will increase to $23.00/hour.

Qualifications
Required:
- Fluent in English Speaking and Writing
- Associate degree or higher
- Two-hand typing with a minimum of 40 WPM
- Strong phone skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to relocate to Riverside, CA before starting work
Preferred:
- 1 year of sales experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
