The Role We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our Fayetteville clinic. In this role, you will work closely with our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement treatment plans, assist with patient assessments, and provide high-quality therapeutic care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language therapy sessions under the guidance of a supervising SLP.
- Accurately document patient progress and session notes utilizing our behavioral health software platforms, including ReThink and Central Reach.
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure comprehensive care and treatment efficacy.
- Assist in preparing therapy materials and maintaining clinical spaces.
Compensation We offer a competitive split-rate compensation structure to reward your clinical time while ensuring you are fairly compensated for administrative and documentation duties:
- Billable Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
- Non-Billable Rate: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license in the state of North Carolina.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic health record systems.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals overcome behavioral and communicative barriers.
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
