Vander Hyde Mechanical is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This leadership role is responsible for supervising field crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor commercial electricians and apprentices
- Plan, coordinate and schedule work to maximize efficiency and project success
- Ensure compliance with state electrical codes and OSHA safety standards
- Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and training
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues
- Manage inventory, job site resources, materials and tools
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and productivity
Qualifications:
- Journeyman or Master Electrical License (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required)
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and code requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation:
- Competitive Pay: $35.00–$45.00 per hour (based on experience)
