We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Administrative Assistant for Church Foundation Repair! Working as part of a small admin team: to undertake all administrative and other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the foundation office; maintain a high level of customer services and excellent support for foundation staff and sales staff
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing routine administrative tasks. Including
- Dealing with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Opening and closing work files
- Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from customers, employees, suppliers and staff
- Performing administrative tasks as required in particular those relating to Foundation/Reroute sales and operations. Includes
- Entering new appointments in office database
- Confirming weekly work schedule
- Requesting line locates for new jobs (marking of underground utility lines)
- Applying for and closing work permits as required
- Scheduling inspections with appropriate government offices
- Ensuring that customers receive excellent service from foundation/reroute department in all aspects of our service
- Assisting the other members of the admin team when needed
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare paperwork to close out job files
- Process requests to transfer Service Agreements
- Scanning job files for digital storage
