Cōpow Foods is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Full-Time Lead Retail Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating an excellent customer experience, and is ready to take on additional responsibility within a retail environment.
The Lead Retail Associate will help support the day-to-day operations of the store, provide leadership to the retail team, and ensure Cōpow Foods' standards for customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and organization are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
Lead by example and help create a positive, professional team environment
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support daily retail operations and ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked
Receive, organize, and properly rotate inventory
Monitor product availability, expiration dates, and merchandising
Assist with inventory counts and help identify inventory discrepancies
Follow and reinforce company SOPs, food safety requirements, and operational procedures
Ensure products are properly labeled, displayed, and handled
Train and assist team members with daily procedures and customer service expectations
Help communicate important information between the retail team and management
Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
Assist with cash handling and register procedures
Help maintain a clean and welcoming retail environment
Support management with daily tasks and special projects as needed
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Cōpow Foods brand positively at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous retail, café, food service, or customer service experience preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to learn and follow company procedures and standards
Strong commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and product quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must be comfortable providing direction and support to other team members
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who understands that the details matter—from how a customer is greeted to how products are stocked, how the store looks, and how company procedures are followed.
Schedule
Full-Time
Schedule will include a combination of weekdays, weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts based on business needs.
