About the Role
About Us: BrightStar Care is a leading provider of home healthcare services in the United States. We are hiring Summer Interns for our 2026 Young Talent Programme — a fully virtual, 4 week paid experience for young people aged 12 to 16. Applications must be submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of the child who would write the easy.Easy will be written by the ward.
Interns are assigned to one of five departments for the full four weeks, working alongside real professionals on real tasks — no rotating, no busy work. Just genuine hands-on experience in a supportive virtual environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Human Resources
Shadow HR processes, sit in on team activities, learn how organizations recruit and support their people.
Customer Care
Observe how businesses handle customers, practice professional communication, and learn the art of great service.
Consulting
Work in small groups to tackle real business challenges, brainstorm solutions, and present to mentors.
Sales
Learn to pitch ideas with confidence, practice objection handling, and develop persuasive communication skills.
Clinical
Shadow caregiver coordination, learn how care plans are managed, and understand the standards that govern caregiver operations.
What Your Child Will Get

Screen time is actively managed approximately 3 active screen hours per day, with a mandatory break and an offline journalling period built in.
Who We're Looking For
Any young person aged 12–16 who is:
· Curious, enthusiastic, and ready to engage with working professionals.
· Able to commit to the full five weeks
· Punctual, responsible, and willing to step outside their comfort zone.
· Supported by a parent or guardian who will co-manage the application and onboarding process.
No experience needed. All backgrounds, schools, and interests are welcome.
