Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Multiple Openings – North County & South County San Diego
DIAS Consulting is growing, and we are looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team.
We currently have 2–3 openings in:
- North County (Vista, Rancho Bernardo, and surrounding areas)
- South County (Chula Vista, San Ysidro, and surrounding areas)

DIAS Consulting is a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice that believes quality care starts with listening to the child. We provide individualized, value-based ABA services that focus on meaningful goals, collaboration with families, and teaching skills that improve quality of life.

We believe children should have a voice in therapy, and we strive to create learning environments where trust, communication, and motivation come before compliance. We focus on building relationships, respecting each learner, and making therapy something children want to participate in.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate session data
- Collaborate with families and your BCBA
- Participate in ongoing supervision and training
- Help children develop communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills through engaging, meaningful teaching
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your service area
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
