Public Legacy is a new restaurant opening in Orange, CA! We create and provide hand crafted cocktails and food from scratch in a fun, lively atmosphere. Service and customer experience is everything for us.
We are looking for an experienced bartender with proven expertise in making creative and delicious cocktails to join our team. Candidates with qualities such as attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage a busy schedule will be considered first. The ideal candidate must be professional and creative, and should have a strong understanding of alcohol, new products and the requirements of our returning customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a tidy, clean and organized environment for the guests and for coworkers.
- Receive and record food orders to be cooked by the cook.
- Communicate with guests about the food items available or any other questions or concerns they may have.
- Take drink orders from guests; Prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications of quality by preparing ice, juices, syrups and assembling garnishes.
- Maintain an adequate supply of drink ingredients.
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and salads; Clean workstations.
- Clean work area; Greet guests upon arrival.
- Greet guests upon departure.
- Communicate with wait staff regarding drink orders.
- Take food orders from guests.

Pay: $16.90 per hour
