What You’ll Do
Provide therapy for families

Create and implement treatment plans and maintain timely documentation

Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality client care

Maintain 25+ weekly sessions (full-time)

What We’re Looking For
Master's degree in a behavioral health field

- Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Experience working with families

Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Comfort working with diverse populations

Preferred
Supervision experience

Bilingual skills or specialized certifications
