Job Summary

In this vital role, you will support the front-of-house operations by ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, delivering food swiftly and accurately from the kitchen to our guests, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Your proactive attitude and exceptional communication skills will help create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back. Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining space
- Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist with food running duties, including refilling beverages and delivering additional items as needed
- Support the cleaning team by bussing dishes, glassware, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures during food service and preparation
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and basic food handling techniques is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for providing excellent guest services
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, manual handling, and heavy lifting safely
- Experience with culinary or kitchen operations can enhance your ability to support team needs effectively
