Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Groomer as well as individuals interested in learning the grooming profession to join our team, providing high-quality grooming services for a variety of pets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care, excellent customer service skills, and experience in pet grooming and handling. This role involves working closely with animals to ensure they are comfortable, well-groomed, and healthy, contributing to their overall well-being and client satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, brushing, and styling of pets according to client specifications
- Handle animals safely and gently during grooming procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Restrain animals appropriately using animal restraint techniques to facilitate grooming tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and work area in compliance with health standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and offering advice on pet grooming and care
