Job Summary
Join SANTÉ Hair Restoration & Wellness, a growing luxury regenerative medicine practice in Orange, California. We specialize in advanced hair restoration, IV therapy, and wellness treatments in a patient-focused, boutique environment.
We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is confident with venipuncture and IV insertion and has experience with PRP or similar procedures. Hair restoration experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to invest in the right provider by covering advanced training.
This is a flexible, part-time /full-time 1099 opportunity. We schedule patients around your availability, making it an excellent fit for providers looking to supplement their current position while growing with an expanding practice
Compensation
- $200–$300 per hair restoration treatment, based on experience.
- Competitive compensation for IV therapy and peptide services (to be discussed).
- Flexible 1099 Independent Contractor position
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments.
- Establish IV access and administer IV therapy safely and confidently.
- Perform venipuncture, blood draws, and PRP preparation.
- Perform regenerative hair restoration treatments according to established protocols.
- Administer peptide injections and monitor patient response (as services are introduced).
- Educate patients on treatment plans, expectations, aftercare, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and clinical safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and SANTÉ team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Help create an outstanding patient experience through professionalism and compassionate care.
Experience
- Active California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience with IV insertion and venipuncture is required. Candidates must be comfortable locating veins and starting IVs independently.
- Experience with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) preparation and treatment preferred.
- Hair restoration experience is preferred but not required. Paid advanced training is available for the right candidate.
- Experience in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, family medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine is a plus.
- Strong communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
