Guest Services Coordinator — Sunny Orange Stays

Pay: $45,000.00–$55,000.00 per year

Sunny Orange Stays is a family owned and operated business looking for our next energetic, positive and solution-focused person to join our growing team! This is a position that works in a small and dynamic team. The role will keep you busy and comes with lots of flexibility in how the job gets done.

We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys customer service! Experience in hospitality, food & beverage property management or other guest service industries is a strong asset.
- Is highly action oriented. It is a very fast paced and busy job!
- Has a positive 'can do' attitude, is a natural problem solver and stays patient and calm under pressure — this is a guest facing role.
- Is entrepreneurial and a self-starter, thriving in an environment with lots of freedom and latitude. This is an in-person position based out of our Treasure Island office and at our properties.
- Can exercise good judgment and sound decision making skills.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is very organized.
- Is approachable, empathetic and cares deeply about providing guests with great experiences.
- Has a car and is willing to travel to properties.
- Is willing to handle occassional after hours emergency callouts
This role will keep you busy. Some elements of the job include:
- Ongoing communication with guests (calls/email/texts) before/during/after their stay.
- Using our technology software to manage reservations. Being tech savvy is required.
- Interacting with other members of the team (i.e. cleaning staff, repair personnel).
- Problem solving when guest or repair issues arise.
- Managing guest reviews across multiple channels
- Some basic marketing tasks including optimizing property listings, writing photo descriptions etc.
We are a highly efficient and effective family run business looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and believes in getting better each day. There are some 'must haves' for a potential candidate, including being able to:
- Work onsite on Saturdays — Saturdays are our busiest turnover day and require you to be onsite (at the office and/or at the properties). During the week, your daily schedule is flexible, split between our beachside office and our properties. We do require availability during peak times. The salary will be based upon ~40 hours per week of work.
- Driver's license, car and no criminal record. Living in the Treasure Island area long term is required.

Base/bonus compensation and benefits are dependent on candidate experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
