Job Overview
We are hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and production teams. In this role, you will help receive and organize materials, pick and pack orders, prepare shipments, and keep the warehouse clean and safe. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on manufacturing experience and the chance to learn metal fabrication over time. No prior warehouse experience is required—training will be provided.
What You'll Do
· Receive, organize, and put away materials and supplies
· Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment or production
· Load, unload, and move materials safely
· Support the production team with materials and basic shop tasks
· Help keep inventory accurate and the warehouse organized
· Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
· Learn warehouse, material handling, and metal fabrication processes
What We're Looking For
· A motivated team player who is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
· No warehouse experience required; we will train the right person
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
· Able to follow directions and work safely in a shop environment
· Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and staying active throughout the day
Pay and Benefits
· Competitive hourly pay ($16.50-18.50 depending on experience)
