House Manager Job description
Staff responsibilities:

Oversees and works with residents to ensure safety and security of clients

Manages chore and community service activities during shift

Phone interviews for potential residents

Monitors onsite visitors and donation drop offs

Sees to the wellbeing of residents and their needs
Serves as a consistent, positive and encouraging role model to the residents.
