We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Togo specialist for day shift and overnight servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food, and handling transactions. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by demonstrating strong communication skills and a passion for the culinary arts. Also hiring overnight servers. These are tipped earning positions. Pay is server minimum wage plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Process transactions efficiently and handle cash or credit card payments.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to meet customer demands.
Experience
- Previous experience in a grocery store, quick service fast food restaurant, or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while providing exceptional customer service.
