We are actively hiring passionate Special Education Teachers (Birth–Grade 2) and Special Instructors to join our growing team throughout New York City.

Responsibilities
- Provide Special Instruction services to children ages birth to 3 in home and community settings
- Complete developmental evaluations (when applicable) and ongoing intervention sessions
- Develop individualized learning plans based on each child's IFSP goals
- Use play-based, family-centered strategies to promote cognitive, communication, social-emotional, adaptive, and developmental skills
- Coach parents and caregivers on techniques to support learning and development during everyday routines
- Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete session notes and required documentation promptly
Qualifications
- New York State Students with Disabilities (Birth–Grade 2) Certification or Permanent Special Education Certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping young children and their families
- Experience in pediatrics or Early Intervention is preferred but not required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but are not required
