Inglett & Stubbs, LLC is actively hiring a Technology & Automation Developer to support major construction projects across the greater Atlanta metropolitan area.
Our primary mission is to keep Inglett & Stubbs’ technology strategy at the forefront of construction technology by providing our team with efficient, scalable tools. This role supports that mission through the continued development and ongoing support of Quickbase, integration of new and existing application platforms, and evaluation and implementation of emerging AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work Efficiency: Independently prioritize responsibilities, manage concurrent initiatives, and proactively drive projects forward with limited oversight
- Critical Thinking: Analyze departmental workflows and architect efficient, scalable solutions aligned with company goals
- Develop & Design Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build applications using Quickbase, HTML/CSS, Excel/VBA, JavaScript, C#, Python, Autodesk/AutoCAD/Revit tools, and APIs
- Take Initiative: Identify process improvement opportunities and take ownership from development through testing and implementation
- Support Production Systems: Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing systems, including Quickbase applications and Excel-based tools
- Risk Management: Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance are embedded in all designs and integrations
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience aligning technology solutions with business strategy to improve automation and efficiency
- Familiarity with current AI tools and models, including agentic workflows
- Experience in construction or manufacturing environments strongly preferred, with electrical construction experience regarded as a distinct advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements during development cycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
