An established, rapidly growing multi-location organization is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Work Order Coordinator to oversee the coordination of facility maintenance requests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, scheduling, purchasing, and keeping operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, prioritize, and process maintenance work order requests.
- Schedule maintenance work based on urgency, technician availability, and operational priorities.
- Coordinate work with internal departments, maintenance personnel, and outside vendors.
- Order and track parts, supplies, and materials required to complete repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of work orders, purchasing, and maintenance history.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and recurring service requirements.
- Provide timely updates regarding work order status and completion.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activity and identify trends for process improvement.
- Deliver exceptional internal customer service while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- 2 years of administrative coordination, scheduling, facilities support, purchasing, or related experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must successfully complete all required background screenings.
