As an Administrative Assisstant, you will provide essential customer service and support to interna l and exernal customers. Duties:
- Acting as a first point of contact for colleagues, clients, and visitors
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing enquiries to the right person
- Greeting visitors, arranging access and preparing meeting rooms
- Organizing filing systems and updating digital or paper records
- Scheduling and case management
- Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assisting with basic HR or onboarding tasks, such as preparing paperwork or maintaining staff records
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High School diploma or GED and 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficient computer skills (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
