Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative Supervisor. In this role you will provde stellar customer service to residents/guests and assists Customer Service Representatives with guidance ensuring effective day-to-day operations. The individual filling this position has the responsibility of providing customer care and concern to the residents, guests, and vendors of APCP. Understanding and maintaining confidentiality within the 24-hour operation of the department. This position requires working a schedule that is varied and includes holidays
- Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly processes requests or forwards requests to supervisor for review
- Responds to property owner inquiries and concerns in person or over the phone in accordance with POA rules and guidelines
- Directs concerns to appropriate manager for further attention when necessary.
- Receives payments from property owners/tenants
- Completes daily journal sheet by tallying payments received and ensuring that all daily deposits are secured
- Completes resident registration process
- Enters vehicle and access information into database in a timely and accurate manner
- Receives payments and accounts for the sale of all resident access cards
- Acts as a liaison with the security department and issues gate access passes for residents, guests and contractors within established guidelines
- Ensures that staffing needs are covered, and supervisor is present
- Ensures manager is up to date on anything that transpires in manager’s absence
- Partners with manager to train and update staff on change
