Tamboli's Pasta & Pizza – Midtown Memphis, TN
Tamboli's Pasta & Pizza is a locally rooted, Italian-inspired restaurant serving handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, and seasonal specials sourced from regional farms. We're hiring a part-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team, roughly 15 hours a week across evening shifts.
Line cooks work a station through service, cook to order at a consistent standard, and keep their area clean and stocked from the moment they arrive until they check out. Duties include finishing prep and setting up your station, cooking pasta, pizza, appetizers, and salads to spec, holding food safety and temperature standards, communicating clearly with expo and the rest of the line during service, and completing a closing checklist at the end of every shift.
Ideal candidates are dependable, work clean, take direction well, and stay steady when the kitchen gets busy. Prior line experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. You should be comfortable standing for a full shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.
