Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with clarity and courtesy.
- Assist guests with their needs during their stay, including providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and prepare reports for management review.
- Maintain guest records and ensure all data is current and correctly entered into hotel management systems.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and hospitality management expertise.
- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold our high standards of guest services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of guest relations principles, resort operations, and hospitality best practices.
- Ability to work independently during evening hours in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
