We are seeking a motivated and dependable Tow Truck Flatbed Driver/Vehicle Transfer to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a flatbed tow truck to transport vehicles efficiently and securely. Duties
- Operate flatbed tow trucks with precision, ensuring safe loading, securing, and unloading of vehicles
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections prior to and after transport to identify any damages or mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate logs of all vehicle transfers, including pickup and delivery times and conditions
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies during operations
Requirements
- Must have a min of 5 yrs experience and clean driving record
- Proven experience operating tow trucks, especially flatbed models, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
- Ability to load & unload vehicles safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude in all interactions
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform vehicle inspections, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
