Mace North America is seeking a talented Cost Consultant for Life Science and Industrial Manufacturing projects. In this pivotal role you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients delivering iconic major capital projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
Provide client-facing strategic cost advice across feasibility, procurement and project delivery.
Lead cost planning, ROMs, benchmarking, value engineering and life cycle costing.
Manage procurement, contracts, change control, valuations and post-contract cost reporting.
Control day-to-day costs on medium to large projects, advising stakeholders at every stage.
Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering or similar; postgraduate study advantageous.
Strong communicator, delivering trusted advice and actionable insights to clients.
Minimum five years’ cost management experience on complex construction projects.
Experience within pharma, life sciences or comparable manufacturing environments.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
