- Job Description:
- Proficiently operate cutting, sewing, and smoothing tools and other window treatment fabrication tools
· Read and understand work orders

- Ability to routinely and safely lift materials for jobs
- Ability to select the appropriate cutting tools needed to perform work

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Good problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Capable of completing in-house training for tool/machine operations
- Driver’s License

- Maintain the cleanliness of one’s work area and the overall workshop
- Perform organization tasks within workshop
- Perform work/tasks on jobsites
