This is a full-time benefit-eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Friday 7:00am-11:00 am, located at our Moyer Carriage Lofts office, 1714 N. Salina St., Syracuse. Pay Range is $17-$19/hour.

Day-to-day clerical functions in support of the Property Manager, including, but not limited to, rent collection/accounts receivable, leasing, answering phones, opening mail, filing, supply ordering, and special projects. Monitor quality service, marketing, and resident relations while maintaining the company investment and meeting company goals.
