Join our warehouse team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate, looking for a proactive person who will support seamless warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, and inventory management, contributing directly to our commitment to excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards are met
- Utilize order pickers and other equipment to efficiently select items for customer orders or stock replenishment
- Maintain organized stock areas through stocking and inventory control practices, supporting accurate order picking and fulfillment
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using basic math skills and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to ensure accuracy
- Assist in load & unload activities, ensuring timely processing of goods while adhering to safety guidelines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and Clamp Trucks is a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and stock management
- Basic math skills for verifying quantities and processing shipments accurately
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and operate warehouse equipment throughout shifts
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $25.00 per hour
